degree Holders espicially from Law stream are more intelligent than non degree Holders

Is the say of many a Advocates I have come across when representing my own case in Courts.
What is prelexing is that acording to them the Statements like "no suit can be dismissed for non-joinder or mis-joinder of proper parties to the suit" means "suit can be dismissed for non-joinder or mis-joinder of proper parties to the suit" many such examples can be cited I say they even maintain that 1/5th right in a property is the same as 1/8th right in the same property.
suprisingly many a Judges in court share the same thoughts and maintain that "degree Holders espicially from Law stream are more intelligent than non degree Holders is this intelligence or plain old cheating by abuse of official Position.

Justice

Justice.........a word top most on everyones mind. Each one likes to have Justice but not give or do justice to others. for my friends this is a competitive world we have to be ruthless and uncarring. Though we do speak about being just we forget that we are overwhlemed with lust.

People speak many things but to bring them in practice nay. for to them Justice means Just-Ice n Democracy means Demo like crazy. For its nice to make things Hazy and be a little lazy.
